Principal's message

Calling Grant County Home for most of her life, Mrs. Katie Phipps comes to Warden High School from our neighbors at Moses Lake School District, bring with her 16 years of educational experience. During that time Mrs. Phipps has developed an appreciation for  the value of hard work and that every student has opportunity to experience academic achievement, as well as the significance of celebrating those achievements. As a member of a military family, Mrs. Phipps has a deep respect for service. Believing service to our nation comes in many forms and that one of the most time honored forms of service being educating our nation's youth, as "our future tomorrow rests on those who walk our school hallways today".

Eager to get to work and meet everyone, the new Warden High School Principal had this to say, "I am beyond blessed to be entrusted with Warden's youth and future leaders. I am anxious to begin this new position, work with the staff, and meet the students, parents and community members. I am also really excited to watch our athletes finally be competing in sports and watch our seniors graduate. Warden already has welcomed me in with such warmth and I am humbled and grateful to be part of the community". Welcome to Warden Mrs. Phipps, you were meant to wear blue. Go Cougs!
